Red Pump Inn - Pub in Lancashire
Clitheroe Road
Bashall Eaves, Clitheroe, BB7 3DA, Lancashire
England,
United Kingdom

Down meandering lanes in the lovely Ribble valley is this handsome family-run roadside inn, with a south-facing terraced beer garden with lawns, flowers and super views. Inside, you'll find flag floors, crackling fires, oak tables, candles, and a warm welcome for guests, dogs and muddy boots alike. Jonathan changes the cask ales weekly, all are sourced from local breweries, and has handpicked the wine list and a good range of Scottish and Irish whiskies. You can eat in the snug, the parlour or the candlelit restaurant; tuck in to something from the chargrill (their dry-aged steaks are to die for). The menu reflects a reputation for tasty provincial country food so try the lamb's kidneys with spinach and bacon, home smoked salmon, or slow roast pork belly and bean cassoulet. Clitheroe Castle and the Forest of Bowland are nearby.
